2nd post for the year

Yeah yeah right....... After 20 days in the year 2010 this is only my 2nd post (dont blame me ok!). I dont know what to write thats the first reason, second is that i dont know what subject would inspire me to write about, third is that the place where I am at now is so boring and whatever I do I still cant find any inspiration around the Island (Well except for my loving family which always giving me happiness and forgetting that we are on a boring island).

Should I write about the new addition to my family? ( Tiny our new yorkshire puppy) or maybe about whats happening in the Philippine politics? hmm.....

Ok my conclussion..... I'm having a BLOGGERS BLOCK!!!!!!!!!!!

How I welcome 2010

Welcoming the new year with a bang! last midnight me and the rest of my family welcomed 2010 with a bang even though were far away from the Philippines we still did what we always do back home. started of by cooking (Spaghetti, pork chop BBQ, fruit salad, and beef w/ brocolli) .

We had friends who celebrated theyre new years eve with us so beer is the main course he he he.... i bought some fireworks as well to really feel like we were in the Philippines. Around 9:30 pm we all started with our karaoke session while drinking beer of course then have a few snacks and laughs.

11:45 pm ......... we all gathered outside the house to prepare the fireworks. 11:59.50 we started with the countdown.....10.....9......8.....5.....4....3....2.....1......

12midnight.... We all shouted HAPPY NEW YEAR! and i start to light up the "SAWA"  followed by a couple of colorfull fountains  then light up another sawa and so on....... my kids enjoyed it and it feels like back home nothing much difference .... well aside from that were only in an island and where theres a lot of Filipinos here it really feels like home.

Anyways after the fireworks we all went straight at the dinner table to feast the food that we prepare and then a friend brought a huge ham and we had laughs and greetings while eating (you know typical pinoys we are).

So thats it thats how we celebrate and welcomed 2010 and just praying that this year would be a fruitful one not only for me and my family but also for the rest of my kababayans back in the Philippines also for the whole world and may we also have a peaceful new year ahead of us not to forget GOOD HEALTH.

Again HAPPY NEW YEAR!
